No, only once your items are situated in your storage unit within our facility would they be covered by insurance. You are welcome to sort out your own insurance to cover your items during transport to our facility if you wish.
This will depend on the removal company of your choice and their availability. From our experience, we do recommend giving any removal companies as much notice as possible.
This will be subject to the availability and opening hours of your chosen removal company. Our facility is open from 9 am to 9 pm, 7 days per week, so you must make your removal company aware that items can only be moved into or out of our facility between these hours.
